Documents Required for Lease Deed
- Identity Proof of both lessor and lessee (Aadhar, PAN, Passport)
- Proof of ownership of the lessor (Sale Deed/Title Deed)
- Property tax receipts (for lessor)
- Passport-sized photographs of both parties
- Previous lease deed (if renewing)
- NOC from housing society or local authority (if applicable)
