Documents Required for Lease Deed

  1. Identity Proof of both lessor and lessee (Aadhar, PAN, Passport)
  2. Proof of ownership of the lessor (Sale Deed/Title Deed)
  3. Property tax receipts (for lessor)
  4. Passport-sized photographs of both parties
  5. Previous lease deed (if renewing)
  6. NOC from housing society or local authority (if applicable)
